Bass Pro Shops Coupons, Promo Codes & Deals

Yes — Bass Pro Shops offers free standard shipping on orders over $50. Certain oversized items like kayaks and larger gear may have additional shipping fees regardless of order total. Free shipping promo codes appear regularly — always check current offers before checking out to potentially lower or eliminate shipping costs.

The Bass Pro CLUB is a free loyalty program that earns you points on every purchase at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s — both are owned by the same company and share rewards. Points convert to CLUB dollars redeemable on any purchase. The CLUB Mastercard accelerates earning with 5 points per dollar at Bass Pro and Cabela’s locations, plus points on everyday spending elsewhere.

Bass Pro Shops acquired Cabela’s in 2017, so they’re owned by the same company. Both brands operate as separate store chains but share the CLUB loyalty program — meaning points and rewards are interchangeable. The stores carry similar product mixes with some differences in private-label brands and regional availability.

The Spring Fishing Classic typically runs from late February through April, timed with the start of fishing season across most of the country. It’s one of Bass Pro Shops’ biggest annual events — featuring deep discounts on rods, reels, tackle, lures, and boats, along with in-store demos and free line spooling. Check current offers for exact timing.

Bass Pro Shops offers price matching on identical items sold by select competitors. The price match must be requested at the time of purchase and applies to in-stock items at qualifying retailers. Check with your local store or customer service for the current list of eligible competitors and any exclusions that apply.

Bass Pro Shops accepts returns within 60 days of purchase for most items with a receipt or order confirmation. Items must be in original, unused condition. Firearms and ammunition have special return restrictions per federal regulations. Online purchases can be returned by mail or to a Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s store location.

The best strategy: shop the Spring Fishing Classic for in-season deals, buy off-season clearance gear in fall for next year, join the free CLUB program to earn reward dollars, and activate Rakuten cashback before every online order. Stack a promo code on top and you can save 30–50% on a full tackle or rod-and-reel setup.
